How long does it take to make a bouquet?
This really depends specifically on the style and size of your bouquet – some can take just a few hours, whereas others will require an entire day to put them together. However there is also the time to source and order supplies as well write up design ideas. Many of preparation can go into an order before the bouquet is physically assembled.
How far in advance do i need to book?
Our lead time usually is around 6-9 months, however there has been times where it has stretched out to 13 months. We recommend booking as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment. We will always try to accommodate orders at shorter notice if possible, however this will be dependent on the specific details of the request, if there is time to create it as well as us having the suppliers required in stock.
We do have payment plans availiable and if you don’t have all of the details sorted just yet, that’s ok – we can work with you over time to lock in the finer details.
Do you have payment plans available?
We try to be flexible with all of our clients in regards to payment. Normally most orders will require 50% deposit up front, with the balance of your order, plus any postage applicable being due just before completion. However if you are able to give extensive notice of your order – or have issues coming up with the 50% up front, please just let us know. We will be happy to work out a plan that works for both of us.
We do offer a lower deposit and payment plan for larger orders or where longer notice for the work is provided.
Do you send me progress photos of my order?
We sure do. Every client is provided with a “completion month” at the time of placing an order. Usually most of the photos you will see for your order will be taken and sent to you within that month.
We take snaps on an iphone of various stages of the bouquets as we create them – with the final photos being taken on a high quality SLR camera at completion. These pictures are sent the email address shortly after they are taken.
How can i pay for my order?
We generally prefer direct deposit to our bank account. However we are able to accept cash or credit card as well.
We do not accept cheques or money orders.
I dont live near you, can you ship my order?
We sure can. The large majority of our clients never meet us face to face. We ship orders all over the world.
Can i see samples of your work prior to ordering?
You sure can. We work from home, so an appointment is required. However we welcome you to come and meet in person to discuss your requirements. There are times during the year where we also attend some Victorian based wedding expo’s. These can be found on the events part of our facebook page.
Unfortunately if you are interstate, unless you are planning a trip to Melbourne any time soon, you will need to refer to our extensive image portfolio on both our website and social media, such as Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest.
I dont have time to wait for a custom order. Do you have anything thats ready to buy?
We often have sample bouquets that have been displayed at expo’s or used in photoshoots available for sale. These are often listed in our online store section of our website and are always at a discounted price. If you cant see something that you like, please don’t hesitate to contact us and ask. Sometimes we have bouquets available that have not yet been listed.
I have some special family peices i would love to be included, can you add these?
We sure can. Many of our clients send in special pieces to be added to their bouquet. Generally we do not charge any extra to include these items – however if there is an additional charge, we will also let you know before proceeding.
Can you make me a bouquet using my own supplies?
We sure can and have done this for brides on several occasions. Sometimes brides have attempted their own bouquets or have supplies their family and friends have provided. In situations like this we provide a custom quote based on the supplies have available. Please contact us for more details and don’t forgot to include photos of the pieces you have.
